Order Status

My Order number is not working, why can’t I find my order?
If your order is not coming up, follow the steps below:

a. Check your order number to make sure you entered it correctly
b. Enter your P.O. number if you have one
c. Your order may not have processed yet. Check back after 24-48 hours of making your order

It’s been 24-48 hours and my order is still not showing on the system
Contact us at: acus.orders@anritsu.com or 1-800-ANRITSU (1-800-267-4878) with your order number and we can look it up for you.

Can I change my order on-line?
Orders cannot be changed on-line, please contact us: e-mail us at: acus.orders@anritsu.com or call us at 1-800-ANRITSU (1-800-267-4878) to change your order

How do I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled on-line, please contact us: e-mail us at: acus.orders@anritsu.com or call us at 1-800-ANRITSU (1-800-267-4878) to change your order

Can I add items to my order?
If your order was placed on ShopAnritsu you cannot add items to your order once it is submitted, you can however create a new order on ShopAnritsu at www.us.anritsu.com/shopanritsu

I only have one P.O., how can I add items to my order?

Return/Cancellation Policy

Returns

Once an order is booked and confirmed by Anritsu cancellation fees will be assessed as follows:

A. Standard Catalog Products

1. order due to ship in 10 weeks = 0%

2. order due to ship in 7 – 9 weeks = 5%

3. order due to ship in 4 – 6 weeks = 10%

4. order due to ship in less than 4 weeks = 25%

B. Build to Order

1. special 85%

Returns fees will be assessed as follows:

1. standard restocking charge of 25% of the order value for 30 days past shipment

2. specials restocking charge of at least 85%
